Mentor advisors present 'The New Retire-Mentality' to Elmhurst College employees

Mentor Capital’s three financial advisors – John Davis, Tom Adams and Dan Carey – gave a well-attended financial presentation to employees of Elmhurst College on Jan. 27^th.

John started things off by talking about “Retire-Mentality” and whether anything has really changed since the most recent financial crisis.  Tom followed with a presentation about passive versus active investment management, and Dan finished things off by discussing how to take the emotion out of investing.

This presentation marked the third consecutive year, and fourth year in the past five, of Mentor Capital’s advisors giving presentations to Elmhurst College employees.
